Well you know, yah, in the sense of the special TIT spirit, Dancing galaxy is a VERY different album, but You tell me that "Dancning/ambient galaxy" & "liquid sun", which are on top of the album, aren't some of the most emotional & beautiful GOA you've ever heard, i mean, i already wrote what i think about "ambient galaxy" alone, and you know, eventually everyone is different, but for me, not as much as the album is, but just "dancing & ambient galaxy" are pretty much the tracks which i consider to be the top of the top of the GOA trance scene.
They have a sort of unexplainable spirit like "12,000" suns, and i don't know what's in this particular music, but whatever it is, it's also very noticable in "celestial groove" and this unexplained thing is very close to me, emotionally, - it can be found only in Astral's music, and especially in the first and the last tracks on the "dancing galaxy" album, and is very noticable in "liquid sun"

Dancing Galaxy (the track) is very commercial compared to what I consider "classic" goa. What I consider classic (and some of the best) goa is Green Nuns, which may not have Astral's amazing production, but they never went too commercial with their ideas and kept it psychedelic all the way. Astral just doesn't give the "psychedelic" part enough importance IMO. Goa isn't just melodies you know :) |

I agree with Ashaf! After Haviv left astral they go really down... I belief the same will happen about mfg, passenger is ok but I dont think that he can make an album like project genesis,new kind of world.... And about relegion I think they are very cool guys(haviv and aharon) because they can see things we can't. Iam religion guy because I've seen many miracles... ;)
