I must admit, I'm a little bummed. I see everyone here as a contributor in some form and what makes for a dynamic atmosphere. You take the good with the bad and its sad when some members take the bad too far for a moderator's standard, or a member ignores the mod's warnings.
Gutter made me laugh a few times, though often with a cold and hard humor.
Hope he finds his way back, with a more tempered presence, of course.

hero you are at least pathetic. Don't you have a life to take care of, or you got hurt when gutter showed everyone what you really are, a scared little phobic human being trying to be something behind the screen. Gutter is banned because he, himself, wanted so.
@DETOX, i know gutter did not behave right but you don't know him and you can't say whether is worth spending time or not, it's up to everyone to decide for himself on this.

This is quite untrue when you sign on to a privately owned internet forum and select the box upon signing up that you have read and understood all of the requirements regarding use of the forum.
If you break these rules set out by the owner of said forum then you are banned

i didn't mean that. i think i know what rules are, i said it's up to each one on it's own to decide where he will spend his time. (you don't know him and you can't say whether is worth spending time or not). this, is up to everyone to decide for himself

i would like to ask a question to the mods,
what is really the reason you banned Gutter? because you just don't like him or because he did not follow the rules? if so, please share some evidence with us all.
do you ban the rude ones that really harm this place, or those who the mods don't like only?
again, here is a micro copy of the real world. hypocrits like hero1 hide well behind emoticons and mods simply do not care because the job is always done.. why care about the rest of the participants since everything goes on time? you know, site advertisements, party organisations, public relations and more.
what i mean is you should care a bit more deeply for the situation in here and not just ban the first person who reminds you the harsh reality.
ban me also for answering, hero will masturbate from joy and the rest will watch people with this kind of aura, farting around and spreading filth.

impolite behaviour, insults, pm threats, not respecting rules in any section eventough he has been warned several times and responding as: Fu*k you, fu*ker etc etc... Disrespectfull to the forum and many other negative publicity! why to keep him here at all after this....
He is a past now and this topic should be locked!

John Taramas i personally warned Gutter (and informed you also like you already know) about his behavior.
A) He had multiple nicknames on the forum which he used for bashing other people. He claimed that he had them just for fun.
B) 90% of his posts were insulting,ironic,offensive,rude and most of the topics he participated in ended up in fights because of his behavior.
C) He ignored countless warnings by me, Pavel and other moderators to which he didnt even reply.
D) He used highly offensive avatars which he didnt remove even after he was warned to do so. Even some racist ones.
E) When he decided to answer to some moderators (including myself) he said things like "i dont give a shit about the forum and i dont care if i get banned and i am not willing to lick jew people asses like the rest of you do" and other stuff like that.
This is a friendly forum,its actually not a forum but a community and we all try to solve our problems with discussion rather than banning people and this is the reason that Gutter wasnt banned many months ago until he crossed every limit there was with his behavior last week. In another forum he would be banned in the first days but here we tried to be friendly and keep him as a member of the community,a community for which he didnt give a shit as he stated in the end.
I dont need to know Gutter any more to judge him and to see if he worths spending time on him or not. For me anyone who behaves like this behind his anonimity and behind his computer is a problematic person and a lost case and doesnt worth my time or anyone elses time as far as i am concerned.
I just hope that he doesnt behave like that in his real life because this kind of behavior will cause him a lot of problems in the future.
And i hope you John Taramas understand (since you have met me and we had couple of chats in person) that if Gutter spoke to me in person like he did through his personal messages in the forum then the result would be very unpleasant for him.
But like i said anyone can be a wiseguy behind his anonimity and his computer,this is how some people try to feel important in the internet life because noone pays attention to them in the real life.
