Lately I've heard some old producers' tracks with that bassline which really makes your body feel like moving. I mean not the raw bassline most full-on tracks feature (and that's why some guys just dislike f.o.), but the throttling one that we used to listen in good old tracks, it is good, soft to the ear and wonderful for dancing. I just loved "banshee" from Meller and almost all the tracks that Cosmo Chaos released.

Just hope that trance return to its roots: emotional basslines and rich ambient textures. Not the weird noises that makes you get stressed instead of relaxing - a main feature most tracks these days.

A friend of mine told me he didn't understand about "good basslines are back" if I was listening to old tracks.
He is right I missed the point when I din't make it clear that I meant that good basslines are back in fresh new tracks from old producers, such as Chris Organic. I mean he diverted from his old style and tried what was "in" last years: raw basslines, noises, gun machine-like drumbeat. But now he is producing his old style again. Try listening to his "happyland" release. Gosh! That bassline is unbelieveable.
Lucky us here in Japan that we will see him in september.

I like full on, but I like alot of other stuff to, and prefer the sorta trotting/bouncy basslines of some older stuff, its nice to have the mix

as for full on being stresfull, I kinda agree, it is .. it makes me go nuts but in sorta a 'scream and thrash' kinda way, mind you, at the end of the night I'm very relaxed/satasfied as I've let all that tension out.

LOL. Well Chris, I might tell you that this year I've bought only 5 psy Cds so far, one of them is your latest release. When I hear a trance track I don't pay attention to its details at first...I try see if it makes me travel and then if it makes my body feel like moving. Yours has made that, thanks to your bassline mainly.
I've been listening your tracks since your very beginning - and I'm very glad I'm going to dance to you next september in MikawaKougen. Wish you success!

Peace and Love.
