just came back frm goa last week...witnessed a very scary scene...an 18 yr old italian girl was caught carrying 1kilo of coke and 3500 pills at the airport...she was leaving goa...just thought my fellow trippers shld know as theres tight security at the airport these days..they are checking every inch of our body and bags...at tht point i realized goa is loosing it.....lot off stupid ppl comming to this place...n putting shanti trippers like us in ashanti!!! |

goin to Goa on 26th..will be nice to c fellow trippers in some party...can anyone recommend any cheap hotel in south goa near beaches...will be my 3rd trip to goa.plz reply or PM me..thnx n booom
P.S U need to go to Goa n hunt the parties...Askin in the forums wont help u... |

There might be some answers to my questions in the previous 56 pages, but I don't really have the time to check em out...
I'm going 2 Goa in a couple of days, but not only for parties and beach, actually looking for places where they sell or play good world music / Indian / Fusion /Chill-out /... so if anybody can recommend CD shops, market stalls, clubs, pubs, cafes, anything at all which features quality music from around the world, (not trance) please let me know!

@globetoker if you happen to be in goa on a saturday nite try the Nite Market in Arpora you should find what you are looking for, but then again these are pirated cds...

just came frm goa , n its on almost evryday
at 9 bar frm 6 to 10 , not fullpower though ,goa is allbout dark stuff now , had 2 blasters at dolcevida but the system wasnt good there were some hiicuups in between. party on saturday night at dolce was gr8 with full power dark till morn 6 n then paulo blasted the floor allover . heard lots of dark stuff frm ' tala , discovalley recs, sam n many more couldn remember as was high all the time. guys in goa make sure u go to 9 bar to get the flyer for next party . fullon cream crowd , n super good vibes. n above all the parties were free even at dolcevida.
n plz don try paradiso its on till 3 pm is not at all happning.

yeaa its the place wid the stairs going down to the cave...but i think they put up the speakers outside fer big parties....least thats how it used to be before, the sound in the cave is horrible..i liked that place much much more before they renovated the whole thing n screwed the natural beauty ov it.

seems like they didnt think about the accoustics at all while making the indoors. just dug out the ground n put those speakers. those stairs n then that dark room, it was lookin all quite dingy this time. hope they make it better next time. each beat sounded like a brown paper bag is being banged! dunno bout now, but at new years time, it was sucking big time.
however some frenz in goa said nowadays nice parties there!
places that r on : nine bar, primrose, n some other places which r better left unsaid. 
guys, did any of u go to the russian party in some house in vagator near the petrol pump. it was full power, i think on 25th dec. not many ppl, but nice sounds and lots of rooms. chill ambient house psytrance, all in different places. u move from 1 room to another n the vibe changes. there were these 2 guys (whites), playin on sitar and laptops, played chill for a long time n then started bangin the ppl. that was a shock. it was awesome. he was mixing sitar live along wit psy n the other guy was handlin the laptop (live). does anyone have any info bout them?
