hey all
1. Arrived in Goa on the 24th Morning.
2. Got news later in the evening that there was something cooking at Dolce Vita, Disco Valley. Arambol could be a possibility.
3. As the evening became night, I got info that Dolce Vita and Arambol were happening. No Disco Valley.
4. I end up at Dolce Vita with 500 bucks (No cover charge). The said it was a 24 hr things with 1German and 3 Israeli DJ's performing.
5. Still nothing happening at 0100 hrs. I wait coz the party only begins after 0300 hrs.
6. 0130 hrs. BUSTED! Party shifted underground.
But with the music stopping and staring all of the time, it was a major turn off. Some electrical problem, i guess.
7. I decide to head back home at 0340 hrs and return in the morning all fresh. Return to Dolce Vita in the morning to find it deserted. NOt a sould in sight. BUSTED!
8. So....you might be thinking about Armbol. Apparently I made it there later in the afternoon and I asked a few locals there. They said they strted way after midnight and ended at aroun 0900 hrs. Dont know this for sure.
9. Its sad that we have to face such days. I dont what to believe but one thing I know is that the word is out that parties are becomeing difficult.
I hope that ll this will help others and otrrganiser to think of better ways to make the scene happen.
Russian new years is our only hope.

Previous post was long enough so I had to make another short and important one.
There is this lady who gives rooms on rent besides Primrose.
Ice cream parlour, internet, grocery stores, beach, etc all aroun the place.
Those currently in Goa or who are planning to reach goa before the 31st can call 9821124518. for further info.

wow...thats nuts, wat i was really thinkin as that post-Xmas, the scene wud jus go berserk...hmmm.. well im getin there in 2 days, so im hopin people keep posting USEFUL  info here, i jus got news of a scene goin on in arambol tonite...well confirm & post bak with artists & info...

cheers guys im in kochi and im leaving for goa tomorow evening spent ages looking for any acomadation havent found a single thing realy need help if any ones got any ideas id realy aprectiate it? share the love cheers. |

Hi,
I'll be visiting in Goa for a very short time from jan 5th to 12th and I was wondering if there is any party happening during that week ? Otherwise is there anything special happening in Bombay shortly before or after ?

Last time I've been to Goa was 4 years ago, I'm sure it changed a lot since then . Is shore bar still hapening ? Other then what are the good places to go out now ?
Any comments / advise is welcome
