Hi All !

I wonder why we don't have in Israel organizations which organizers pure goa parties ?
We have organizers for almost every genre - progressive (3rd Empire), full-on (Panda, USTA, Oren Coma and many more...), Soumi-Finland (Moksha- most of the times), Dark-"hard" (Doof) and so on...
Maybe someone know what is the reason for it ? because I'm sure there are a lot of goa fans here.

yes....you right
but i heard that most of the leading israeli artists(fullon) charge lots of money,so the organizers cant afford it.

not really. as Guy said, lots of people are still into it, i really love listenning to Goa, too.
however, there are 2 problems imo:
1. not too many DJs carry goa music nowadays, or listenning to Goa. i think much of their listenning time is dedicated to the music they usually play on their sets, would it be proggy/fullon/suomi/dark etc. some of them are not too familiar with Goa.
2. it's not too popular, thus not too many party promoters will take the risk of having a Goa set.

maybe we'll see some change in the near future. the history of music proves that every new generation of listeners is getting back to the roots. for instance, on the 80's people were on a 60's retro, on the 90's there was a 70's retro, on the millenium- 80's , soon we'll get back to Simon, Chakra and Infected- the Gathering
btw, if anyone of u remember, on the last Moksha Purim Rave, Darwish & Huda G played back2back set, and played Prana on sunrise. it was a magical moment!

yes & no ...
i have a friend that his father have a icecream factory 25 years and now he cant eat icecreams enymore . the goa trance go's like 15-20 years . think about ... today in are world (21sn') peoples are looking for changes and not be stuck in the past peoples want a new things , new styles , new beat .
it was good for the begin of the firsts years
but i think today it can be just a nice & good nostalgic and memo music (and sound - plz show me one goa track with the sound of today).
the fullon , the dark , the tech , the ambiant , the chil and the progressive are giving the tune of today . sorry to say but is the true . look around ! .

i think the sound that create in 1996-1999 r too skinny.. the expectation from the sound system doesn't suitable to goa tune's

Omri, the artists on your list are produce full-on music with some goa influences, which is good..but when I say goa style I mean to artists like Filteria,Toi Doi and many more...

there's your answer- they are not Israeli artists. not many orgs will take the risk of bringing Toi Doi (France) or Filteria (Sweden?), when their music is not so familiar in Israel, and the cost for their set (flights+gig+expences etc) is quite expensive. most of the orgs would rather bring 2-3 more known DJs from Israel in the same price.
