And even maybe Astrix or Xerox albums, maybe not so pure GOA but still they evince a progression from GOA to new Psy-goa.
Apparently also, new compilation on medium; electric teaser. I have not heard but critics say it does have goa connotations.

Also DOof label has very very interesting acid psy (melodious)
But let me say that in my opinion Space Tribe does have similarities to GOA, have a listen to these towo songs

Of course, m8, and I really think it should stay so ... The problem is there are not enough trance artists founding themselves writing goa tracks, which is very pitty !!!
I would very like someone will change it and will kill us with good GOA stuff.

Hey, how come there's only been one mention of Infected Mushroom??! Well, maybe because everyone in the universe knows them already... but they have some of the most beautiful melodic stuff around (Check out Classical Mushroom)
I agree with whoever said "Tandu" and Oforia also. Lot's of Israeli stuff is melodic goa.
