spun would like to congratulate gms and let everyone know there music is appearing in another movie by director tony scott (man on fire,top gin,true romance)out on october 15 in the usa and europe after small part in the movie about half way thru |

I wouldn't say it's sad. They're actually a lot better then they were back in 90's. Switching from more psychedelic sounds to cluby/disco fullon is a progression they have done. Nobody sounds like they, so in my opinion gms are creators of their own genre!

wow.. too funny.. i just posted this same topic in our local (Montreal) psyfreak forum.. just came back from seeing the movie and the fact that GMS was featured (for about 30 seconds) made the night that much better.. it was great and totally unexpected..
Great work Seth for getting the boyz in the movie..
and GMS is still psytrance.. just because they have a little success doesn't give anyone the right to call them names and say such irrelevant things about them.

it is sad to see that some of the exponents but big of the world psycedelic they are selling and marketing as much the music as the culture trance that there is around the world, what people make for the money and the ambition of being every day but famous, recently I saw a gms video in a channel of videos of my country called telehit in which there is a program call but nescafe which is disastrous and very ugly since also promotes the commercialization of the parties raves of all the electronic goods in so much mexico of psychedelic, to my I don't like to say these words, since I have always had to the gms project inside my favorite ones  |

I think it's nice to hear a psytrance track in a movie... Juice is a classic and IMO is psychedelic as well.

i dont wanna be jelous but i can not find somthing psychedleic in their music anymore!
If i listen to a zolod,derango or penta track for example its full of psychedelic influences but in this new gms stuff i can not find this feeling anymore-sorry!
If i would say that their music is crap, i would be really stupid because the production level of gms is outstanding-no doubt!
For my taste the good old chaos lab. lp was really psychedelic and for that time insane,but in this period sebi(frequencysurfer) was still part of g.m.s!maybe thats the reason why |

Hey booka! Don't forget to mention the Rollercoaster / Commental / Clear Vision 12" by GMS (released in 1996 by Hadshot)... Wow! That one is also a psychedelic classic! For sure one of the phatest 12" I own...
