Glitch can be really cool for doing fills and stuff but what I like to do is put it on a send channel (I use FL9 ), put 4 white randoms, each a beat long (yes I said Random, please don't hate me) and turn the probability of the Red and Orange fx to zero. (Do this by scrolling the number down to zero-it defaults to 50).
These are the real give-away sounds (and sound shit to my ears esp the orange "Modulation" one).
I then play with the send amount and you get lovely ever-changing perc glitchiness without the really messy over-the-top madness that has made the VST a little bit cliché. It sounds great on hats and snares (or both together) and just gives the whole thing a little added interest but keeps the rhythm of the original.
Some of my mates use it on just the snares and lead lines together. You are a big enough boy to decide that for yourself though! LOL
Happy tweaking!
