you all remember the trance protest in tel aviv in 98 , now it aperantly was not effective at all, I realy do NOT see any reasone at all, why police persists on closing our parties, while TLV is working for a few years now, police don't enter ther, while drugers walk and drive freely in tel aviv, and our parties r being closed?! i THINK ITS OUTRAGIOUSE!
I can't c the resone, well its not going to change as you all can see for yourselves, that protest progresed nothing!
I think thers a real issue here that have to be setteled with this contry!
well we all sould get together again and make a real efford in taking this scene seriously, as it grows on and on, this summer will be full of blue guyz.
though the police don't arrests us they do stop us from parting and I think this is wrong! I think we should have the right to party when and where we want, ther's no real reson to distinguish between TLV and ramat agolan agilboa or any other location,
real solution is requiered, no one should take our right to party, not even the begining of the summer and so many parties were closed , this is totaly wrong to take all of our hard work and just tell the ppl GO HOME, and since no one here in this scene is going any where I think its time !

dude all i can say to comfort you is that soon while the pinui will be going on it will be a perfect time to make parties since 99% of the police force is busy at evicting the settelers. |

this is where you made a mistake my friend,
now that there r not too many bomb explotions the police have plenty of time to come to ruine our parties, the police force in time of explotions remain in tel aviv erea at full power, and now see for your self whats happening, any way this is no solution dear. by the time of the "pinuy" there will be so much party closed.
think forward then this,
I mean why dont they close TLV ? so many drug dealers there, 3 or 4 rapes in the bathroom? and police don't go near there ???

well the reason that they gave me when i asked this question while my party is being closed, is that there is not enough security, & that the place is not closed therefor the security guys cant handle a violent situation, & ofcourse, theres the ambulance issue...
well, if u ask me, in a situation of terror violence, we r not well protected in the party, but where are we realy protected???
so i think that this is all bullshit.
in my opinion, they keep on busting our parties because :
1 - they dont like the music
2 - they dont like us
3 - the chances to find drugs in the party r very big
4 - we spread info on parties easily
5 - invetations to parties are 2 accessable for any hand
6 - they dont like us.
anyway, im in

its sucks that police had brought us to a situation that we better off have illegal parties and get busted from time to time, than realy have our freedom of dance, like every other music,
unfortunatly that seems hopless, to realy have a common sence conversation with the blue guyz.
I agry with you so much on this, they just don't like us. however, drugs are evrywhere, in order to bust a drug dealer the police uses their detection units anyways, at list not like a few years ago, I was busted by jerusalem police that closed a party, so brutal my god... every car that was there had been BODY searched, by the laim excuse that we party ppl r also drug ppl, I had nothing and stil was totaly humiliated by some fat B b my god,,,
I have no doubt that this year is going to be taugh with police. (mostly by the relaxation with the palestins),
eather way we lose, legal- busted, illegal- busted.

Darkiller its not the police that brought us to doing illegal parties - trance parties was allways illegal, and its not only the drugs thing - its allso the nature location which bring into the picture allso the Greens, Keren Kayemet (They say we ruin the nature, harm the animals - the music gets them into vibrations and they run wild, sometimes into roads and cause car accidants ect').
And there's allso houses & sattlments too close to the party that cant sleep due to the music, and call the police to stop the noise.
now - the law says that police CANNOT close party without a court order - so if the problem is the noise - they can only make us lower the volium (unless they find drugs).
But - the police theyrself dont allways follow that law - so party orgrnizers should know that law and stand for it.
as you see darkiller there is much more to it than you think so its not that easy - nature parties will allways be illegal for a lot of reasons (I just gave little examples) so its on our hand to choose good places and hope for good luck ...

ok.
the story goes like this.
if (like the TLV club) you manage to obtain all the needed permits for the party then your party won't be closed. this is quite hard to do, but isn't imposible. on the other hand a party that is 100% legit has a completley different vibe to it then an Underground rave.
second option is to find a place where you are sure noone will be disturbed... like the desert. then the chances of your party being closed are quite low.
but don't expect to do an unauthorised party, with lowd music and drugs in it not far from where people live. the chances of you being closed are quite high there. it's all a question of knowing the procedures.

I think there is no nesesabilty of makin a ligal party, only to put out a few ston rulls, like guards surounding the party and cars search at the entrance, its quite enough, so its a safe party in isolated place, so when police comes to check whats going on they will c the party is safe and dont disturb no neighbours, and leave. but why they can't c it this way, and ask us to turn the music off. the real reason for that is simply what peyote king wrote

this makes me loose my temper
TLV is more dangerous then nature! - and @ dr borris- what permits tlv obtanis??? ha ha . only after three rapes the put a guard in the bathroom, what i'm sayin is that there r no realistic permits to throw a godamn party exept for 5-6 guards,
its a godamn FRAUD!

darkiller, you are talking about common sence, I'm talking about laws and regulations those two things are completley different.
the police have no right to apply common sence when laws are being broken. and outdoor partes usually break several laws.

the partys we are talking about you have to understand that has much that i like out side parties,and i have made few,its illigle to make paries out side,its true that they dont like the music and they dont like us and drugs,even if 50 people whould go to a field somewer in israel and si togeher and talk witout loud music and drugs,its still illigal,and buy the way the police do sometimes go inside the tlv and other clubs,the problem is that in most commen paries the field,wood what ever is a property of the country so its illigle to do anything,you know that for any event you want to do anywher open even a barbequ with your friends and its more then 40 people you have to have: insurance for every one,police,an ambulance and more thats why i stopt making parites its to risky,but we have o continu the fight and party all the time,one thing we can do is to learn the law in every aspect about him and use it for us thats the only way.
