hey psykd, that lineup is tooooo heavy for oz, this stuff handles well in goa or real fests like fullmoon or boom, here spacetribe is fullon, i understand how it feels... and to top it up we have got wonderful party orgz who put the names on lineup but surprisingly nobody turns up but hey i heard the cash registers ringing. one of the reasons very few good artists actually turn up on our shores.

Yeah unfortunately the darker artists from that list would not generate a large turnout just for booking them, the party would need to offer other things to make up the numbers.
Even if these artists would provide some of the best music at those events, its not the kind of sound which is easily affordable to be able to justify bringing artists from overseas as easily for.
That said Shpongle, CPU, Rinkadink, Azax Sydnrome, Winter Demon, and Texas Faggots have all been to Australia and played.

Dont know what your on about buddy but in the last 10 months there has been Son Kite, Artifakt, Digital Talk, GOW, Entropy, Crazy Ducks, Penta, Procs and heaps of other really talented artists.
I think most artists would kill to come and play in australia. Most people here enjoy harder music when there is other less intense music to balance it out, which is the way it should be in anycase |
