BNE/Yoyo records (1995) and HOMmega Productions (1997)
are two of the largest labels in Israel dealing with original
trance music developed by their own respectable roster of artists.
The time has come to present a showcase of the best talents those two labels
have signed over the years and the wide range of their styles
forming what is to be called the Israeli trance scene.
This project is a retrospective look at some of the best Israeli
trance tracks to come out of Israel for the last years.
A must have summary for all fans and for all those newly involved
who are tempted to delve into this genre of electronic music.
In one word – ESSENTIAL!

Mucho respect for both labels, but seriously, what's the difference between this and the Retro double comp (the first one, not that second one, which imo was a joke)?

Yes, beautiful track with Xerox & Passenger, included on "In my Brain" Compil...!!!...
Well, for sure the "structure" will be different between "Retro" & "Generations"...
It's ANOTHER Project.
Don't forget we are talking about two of the major "solid" labels around,
with a long experience on the business, with original releases, so trust their work !!!
By the way, HOMmega (and BNE/yoyo) keep working A LOT:
more >TWO< releases at the same day it's very good news for the "fans" out there...!!!...

the tracks are good! but i don't think that "Optical Vibes " is a good choise
astrix had much better tracks
i would put angel kaya (Trance mix)
instead of science is god

I'll skip that one.
Hardly best tracks that were released by those great labels.
Except for Bust a move which is a modern classic.
And Astrix have much better tracks to offer.
