Belden will allow dogs on leash
However i do not welcome the presence of animals at events
It is cruel to have any animal with hyper hearing anywhere near a large scale sound installation.
please leave them at home where they will be more comfortable

Can anyone be as kind as to tell me whether the camping at Gemini is car camping, next to your car, or is it dropping off your gear, and then parking the car in a lot, kinda like Gaian Mind? If anyone could let me know thanks! |

Hey just a reminder in case anyone forgot:
The closest ATM to Belden is 30+ miles away in Quincy, so you might want to make a withdrawal before you start the trip!
The restaurant, bar and gift shop all take credit/debit but none of them have an ATM or give cash back, and you need cash to buy CDs, clothing, or whatever it is you might want to buy from other gathering-goers
This might have changed from last year though, has it? |

Directions question:
Between Yuba City and Oroville, is hwy 70 or 99 a better choice? Thinking in terms of which has better traffic, higher speed limit, etc.
We took 70 last year and I remember thinking that we should have taken 99 instead and I can't remember why... |

Hwy. 70 is the way to go out of Yuba City/Marysville. As for camping, we'll tell you what we want at the show. If we do have people unload and then park, your car will be about 200 yards from your camp. |

I noticed a single clothing setup last year. I feel that the free nature of this event perhaps discourages economic exchanges of any sort. Vending at such an event, atleast in my opinion, does seem somewhat odd, and its nice in my opinion to visit an event that has limited economic exchanges of any sort. |

If you have extra money to spend on T-Shirts, I hope you have a GOOD tip ready for the Orgs of this event...
Maybe you can trade something for a Tee?
If I were to come to this event, the first thing I would do would be to show my apreciation to those who worked tirelessly and sacrificed their time and effort to make this thing happen. And I would give them a big hug.. and then I would ask them what I could do to help; monetarily or otherwise. I mean, we would enjoy the best party favors that the East coast has to offer. And if they didn't want that; I would give them cash, moulaaa, money, greenbacks; a big f'in tip...
At least two dub notes... |
