Chuck Looper (AKA FaceHead), is one of those “saved by psy-trance” stories. Shortly after breaking free from a tarnished past a friend took him to his first psychedelic event in 2002. It changed his life. Since 1998 Chuck had been djing and producing his own blend of noisy experimental electronic music. After that first party, he went home and immediately started working on his first psy-trance track. Since then its been an obsession. Constantly searching for the most unique and bizarre sounds. FaceHead brings a style all his own that will leave you stomping away with question marks over your heads. You can expect dark and full-on with a wide variety of influences. I had heard of a certain other DJ being booked for the main room too and had planned on bringing a big group for the occasion, but looks like he's not. That's weird!! |

DJ BINAURAL felt it was appropriate to play Progressive Trance in the Downtempo Lounge last month.
And we feel it is appropriate NOT to book DJ's that cannot abide by the format.

really nice, all around line up for this one.
sucks that I will only be able to make it for the last hour due to my zombie requirements. though that last hour will be a full on dancefloor blast off from what i can tell from hearing a couple a samples of faceheads music.
