how come there were no reviews for this one!! well this album will change your perspective towards fungus...completely early morning style!!...
Well a neat album...but none i would say are fungus trademark style...
my favs are 1, 2, 4, 7, 8....i dont know what track numbers 5, 10 are doing here

I've been waiting for this one for a while, but it sounds terrible judging from the samples.... Flat lifeless production, cheesy pads and dodgy synth sounds all over the place. The only track that sounded any good was the chilled out one....
Oh well. Another great artist turns shit.
Just remember.... in Hell.... there will be doof.... |

 Good fucking review. I just read it . Right to the point. No bull. critisism and praise. Now, where on this www world can I use my Visa to buy this album which is (by roumers) good, fungus, dark morning and not like old fungus funk but not like different and it's released on http://www.acidance.com ? hm. ah! @ celsung...i have mentioned the release date as March 2006...mayb it was not publicised on psyshop or saikosoundz...

Ah, my apologies. It is now expected at Saikosounds on July 13th... which probably means it will arrive sometime next year, but at least I can check out the samples.
So what was that release date of March? Was that just being sold locally at parties? |

havent listen to the samples. But do you love psykovsky's album? I mean realy love it with all of your heart? Then tell me, how bad is this album? Psykovsky and Fungus was the reason for me to get a crush on psycore. ><<i think it was right before dark rolling psytrance was "kewl" amongst the kiddies (not a age thing. But a simple expression - I'm sorry if you feel offended. Not my intention). And Psykovsky makes me smile  I am hoping. Hoping SO much that also Fungus funk will make me smile . I dont dare to listen and get a "false" impression. I need to listen to the whole album/tracks to see his story and world. Psykovsky blowed my mind. Fungus might have gotten "lighter" in mood, well as a eeeeaarly morning style (psykovsky = dark) I am hoping that Fung will complite "it". The trip, the adventures. I know I will buy the album and discover the truth my self, so beh on me  . But I would like to know psychonaut. Do you love psykovsky? |

yes i do love psykovsky.
his album is soooo ingenious, i ask myself everytime listening to it how can someone have such ideas and audiolize them so perfectly, creating an uber mind boggling psychadelic mind trip? how??? its not human, its godlike.
And F. People is not even near Psykovsky. It's as far away as skazi or arse tricks. c r a p |

Samples sound weak for Fungus Funk...
Where's the tracks like High Grade or Geona? Where's that deeeeeep Fungus bass?
But maybe it's an album that take a few listens.... The chill tracks sound nice.

yeah this isnt the same old geona type funker....this is a different style in a way...still got the tweeks and somewhat bassline.....
quite different from what you would expect..and why is change always a bad thing????????
i pretty much enjoyed listenin to it...and i think the slower melodies are really nice..only puttin them in between the album etc isnt such a great idea...
i suggest give it a good listen..u shall be suprised...especially for home listenin..

Change isn't always a bad thing, if Fungus wants to do morning tunes for his album, then good on him. But from what I can hear, it sounds like he's just cheesed up his old sound with some dodgy pads and bad ravey synth lines, and that somehow makes it morning music.

Listening to the samples now, and so far (track 2). It doesnt sound so goody goody. Listening to some at the end.. Sounds sweet. I'll buy it when released. I just know that I'll like it. No more sample listening, it's like seing a preview of a movie. It fucks it all up, lol.
