EQ is the key imo. more than one eq on the chain, a multiband compressor maybe.. also sidechain comp..
+ ozone4 on the master, loudbrickwall preset. just kidding

what what I meant to say ... is you can have a killer bass but if the rest aren´t so good the music dont gonna be killer like this one imo... i think the difficulty is to get a strong Combo .... but the e.q and your ears gonna help you surely
