It would be impossible for 6-7 mentaly disabled apes to cause trouble if they had to face 10-20-50 other people...
But typical greek-selfish behaviour (zboutsam), makes this happen. Jedi tried alone, and it takes some balls. What if 10 more guys showed up when he asked for it ? I guess those apes would go running like rabbits.
