I know that both SX 2 & Logic 6 got the freeze function,I also know you can "do freeze in SX 1 & Logic 5.5...Does anybody know how?THNX!(sorry for my english) |

You misunderstood me...I know there is no freeze function but there is a way to achieve the same thing,just with more steps... |

i personaly dont like the freeze function because u cant change ANYTHING after doing it.. not even move or / copy / paste in the sequencer...

Basicaly-you bounce a MIDI channel to an audio,but in background.Each VSTi has a "Freeze" button in the VSTi pannel.You can also "unFreeze" the channel if you want to make changes to the MIDI...all this to save some CPU!!!(Correct me if I am wrong) |

i dont really understand this freeze in SX2, cuz if i wanna freeze a vsti, it takes 10 minutes, while bouncing takes only a few mins....
is there any way to freeze only a part of the track (maybe just where i have midi for that vsti)?
