HOW CAN U SAY THAT!!! All the other festivals offer us dust and dry landscapes, this one a big lake of clear water, and u say u are not impressed!
What u expect?????

I didn't see any pictures of the water being clear.
And the Sonica location looks very nice this year, with all the hills and stuff.

I can assure you once you've partied at that place you'll never looked back.. i've done festivals in 7 european countries and i will always go back to that area in portugal.. nothing will ever beat the lake. its dry, true.. but that just makes it feel like the moon.. and it has its own rough natural beauty.. i hope to live in portugal one day.. ive always had mind-blowing experiences there.

"we saw human shit in the lake" (one sentence i definately will always remember from that daily dragon newspapers)...
the combination of scattered brains and a nice fresh lake isnt that good after a few days imo... 
but have big fun there! |

Location: HERDADE CALHA DO GROU\ALMEIRIM
Route:
From lisbon: take Highway A1 direction North(Porto) after 60 km exit in Santarem, follow directions of Almeirim. In almeirim go to Fazendas de Almeirim and follow the arrows.
From Freedom Festival(Elvas): take Highway A6 direction Lisbon, after 110 km exit to highway A13 direction Santarem, exit in Almeirim and go to Fazendas de Almeirim, follow the arrows
