Hello @ all, nice to hear transient is back!
Well, I´m gonna tell you the story of my first open air. The madness started on thursday eavening. We (me and two friends) joined a bus tour to the love Parade organized by the "Junge Union". These are the juniors of germanys ruling conservative party. The bus was filled with philistines that never had been on a party. We wanted to sleep till our arrival in Berlin next morning, but these guys were drinking beer and listening to cheesey trash techno, very loud all night.
We slept in a gmnasium in former east Berlin, three ours at all, then we got up and and discovered Berlin for the first time.
At the eavening we went to a psyparty wich took place in a basement. Amanda from New Zealand played there, one hell of a set. We wanted to recover for the love parade, so we left the party in the early morning. When we arrived at the gymnasium, I couldn´t believe it, all the guys and girls from the "Junge Union" were sleeping. Imagine, there were over 600 Parties in Berlin on a single weekend and they were sleeping all night. We wanted to sleep for a couple of hours, too, because after the loveparade, we wanted to check out our lives first open air, the nation of gondwana. But we couldn´t sleep. they started to d.j. in the gymnasium, the same style as in the bus.  (
The loveparade was impressing, I never saw so many colourful people before, but the nation of gondwana-open air was much more mindblowing. Even the performance with 20 naked people walking around like cows on arms and feet and a punkband that shocked the people in the middle of the night. 8oO
We didn´t take back the bus of the "junge union" that left sunday at 9 o´clock in the mornig, much to early for sure. I met a nice girl who took us back the 400 miles in her freaky bus.
This took place in 1996, but it´s still very present in my head.

well my story is not much trance related but i will tell it
10 years ago after Kurt Cobain commited suicide me and my friends were in alternative club of a stupid owner who just came from Bulgaria shopping cheap CDs and Casetes where he finds out that the singer is no more alive
so we were sitting in the club that night and he just came all in panic :Guys do u know that singer from Nirvana commited suicide ???even it past like 2-3 yeas since than and even we made some 2-3 tributes in the same club we were all stoned and coudnt belive what he`s talking 
the local owner has burned face and is also very hog and skinflint so when a friend asked me once why he is that kind i didn`t know the answer he said :because he`s saving money for facelift

It's was on New Year party in Moscow!
I'm breaked crossfader of DJ console .
Because Visual Paradox is very cool to mix with CPU and Inner Action.

In 1996 we did an OOOD gig in Oxford, where Nigel, Steve and I were all living at the time. Timothy Leary had died a few days before, so Nigel wanted to make an announcement before we played. I reluctantly fixed him up with a microphone; anyone who knows him will know why I wasn't overenthusiastic about letting Nigel loose in front of a crowd with a mic in one hand and 2 litres of Strong White Cider (may contain traces of apples) inside him. He made a very short, solemn speech about Leary and his influence on certain aspects of the scene, before finishing with the immortal words "...and so now... will you please join me... in sixty minutes... of... TOTAL INSANITY!" whereupon he hit the trigger button on his EMS Synthi and... space warped.
Half an hour later in mid-track I noticed he wasn't at his electronics; I turned round from the mixer to see him standing in full view of the dance floor at the back of the stage, pissing in a pint glass. He put the glass down, zipped up and went back to tweaking.
I never did see what happened to that glass after our set; I just thank the Gods he was facing away from the crowd.

was chilling after coming home from a party...... think it was eskimo and rinkadink.....at spirit in NYC.
had some very very strong acid......
loved rinkadink's set
junya's set scared me but i guess that was just this super strong acid.........
anyhow was sitting at home trying to find ways to calm myself after the scarey 150 bpm music that junya unleashed on us....
HBO had "finding nemo" playing......thought to myself there cant be anything more pleasant than watching an animated fish getting lost at sea and his dad having this huge journey looking for him......
i think it was the moment when there are some drops of blood in the sea and the sharks (3 OF THEM) sniff it and show their teeth..............
within moments.....I LOCKED MYSELF IN THE BATHROOM FOR 20 MINUTES UNTIL I SAW 16 SUNFLOWERS DANCING IN PERFECT FORMATION.....
came out only to tell my brother what had happened and he still teases me to this day abt how i scared myself to death watching finding nemo......... hahahahahaha
.......... the acid was long gone!!!!!!!
......I'm not lost, i'm just looking for the ppl who drove me here.
