I haven't used Alchemy so I do not know how good it is.
Free ones that I use are LiveCut and KTGranulator.
You need to make your own presets tho.
And LiveCut is not very controllable at all...its along the style of making the preset that does what you want. Pressing record and getting a nice big chunk of edits that would take you weeks to make manually and then manually place them in the arrangement in a way that makes sense.

thanks for help there, i ant after slicing tho as i use surgarbytes for anything that involves the overated glitch loops, i shoulda been more clear in the question,im more after abit software that laid out like alchemy, looks so diverse for sample manipulation rather than just looping and stretching, because like u sed u can do that in ya daw manually , and 2bh i prefer the manual way and apply my own spacing and fx.
does anyone remeber the old native instruments? was a sample transformer , bit like that im after, native stopped that product tho.. was one hell of sample manipulator. its in a different world to sugerbyts, alchemy is... i wan it badly, the spectral engines etc r in a different ball park

not really free but if you have reaktor there is loads.
check also granite not free but well worth the price it s one of my fav for granular stuff , just with the demo you can use it anyway for free it s not limited in time , you can t save preset that all

yeh mate thats close enuff pom, thanks for that downloadin now,nice sleek interface aswell by the look of it, il get round the preset thing with just bouncin whats good.
