skazi IS a part of the trance scene.
therefor IS underground.
he maybe more succesfull then other artists,
but he is still a trance artist.
and trance is underground.
just look at sales numbers...
the biggest names dont sell very much...
gms/raja/simon didnt sell more then 80000 world wide.
in israel, even shlomo artzi (lame israeli mainstream artist) sells much more...
you see ?
thats why its underground.
and i like it this way.
i feel special.

SMILE ! and the whole world will smile right back at you !

While the authorities and press continue to pursue the 'rave' scene with ignorant and uninformed views it will always be pushed underground.

But ya' can't keep a good track down and some of the releases this year have been great which IMHO can only further the appeal and evolution of trance.

So what if an artist gets recognised in the mainstream world.
I was surprised to see Yahel on GlobalTranceMissions_02/DJ Ferry Corsten Ibiza. What surprised me more was that I found that this CD didn't annoy me each time my g/f plays it

I Love you teeth wako

anyways trance has always been and will always be underground..
skazi is underground..
raja\gms\simon are underground
Astral & infected underground...
And Analog pussy - Fight to trance, as well, underground..

There are lots of styles, sometimes it's better, sometimes it's worse
Spirit goes up and down, PLUR may come and leave,
but 98 psychomelodic hysteria as well as 2002 minimal digg-head
were never mainstream.. And you all should thank *** and hope it will also never BE......

let's say, whose your top commercial trance artist?
infected? 10% of Music Lovers know them..
Yahel? well, ok 15%......
Eyal Barkan????? 20%........
(israel)
c'mon, everyone here who BUYS cd's knows that....

underground's doing well for the psytrance

Electronic Dance Music is itself a small genre, of which Trance and then PsyTrance is an even smaller piece, so even those Psy Artists that are famous, form a miniscule part of the Music Industry. Rock, Hip-Hop & Boy/Girl Bands sell more records in an hour of their release than what a psychedelic record will probably sell in its lifetime.            "Never argue with an idiot, they'll bring you down to their level and beat you with experience"
