Now "best" is obviously a matter of personal preferences, but the original version of Intact Instinct - "When Woodworm Works Worse" (POF042) is f*cking insane. The bass is as loud as the kick, and this track just blew me away when it was released in 98, I hadn't heard anything like it.
Then there is obviously The Delta - "Pop"... Deepest ever?
I love some of the things done by Jan Müller / Planet B.E.N. too, like those slide arpeggio-style things in tracks like X-Dream - "Intercorporal Stimulator", Organic Noise - "Polaris" and Planet B.E.N. - "reparaturbedurftig".
