I dont eat much, only the basic, and at festivals fruit salads and juices are the best..
I wish I could control my ethairial factor up on my neck, throat chackra(vishudha)and know the breath technique about how to do the right rythm of inhale and exhaile, just to eat from the air prana..           ~~~~~~~namaskar~~~~~~~~~

the best food i've had was the veggie indian food at Ozora, soooooo yummy and affordable!
also, the acai at boom was probably the best thing in the world for that heat, gave me the energy i needed to get through the day           Bringing Dreams to Life!

Price really is a big factor..for most people the expenses of getting to the party/travelling (and sometimes the entry fee) around are already high enough. Really dont need to pay 7 Euro for a Burito or somethingB

Lets all hope we get more tasty, affordable food to get through the long afternoon on the 3rd day of festival or something....

Afterall trance should be an experience for all senses...including taste..right?

the food at parties Ive been to has been, well, interesting... If its been cooked by other trancers its been good but the vendors are hit or miss. Symbiosis, back in September, had this $10USD plate for breakfast, which was good because it was ultra healthy and the best thing in the world to start the day/continue the night, but the taste... It had quinoa, beets, tofu, onion, potato, and other stuff all mashed together so anyone, from ages 0-1000 could eat it no matter how many teeth they have. It got me through the party, and was much better than other things they were offering... 8[

On the other hand, at Tshitraka project 2005 in Germany I had some really great Thai food, the lady running the stall was very friendly and they provided some nice Thai style cushions to lay on while enjoying Pad Thai.

I try to bring my own food, because many parties which said they would have food ended up having none. So I try to go prepared for the worst. Which means lots of beer, Redbull, trailmix, fruit, bread and cheese.           .

i come prepared to survive for days living out of my car or tent. lots of fruit and vegetables. i like to chop things up and mix them with any, or combination, of the following: lime juice, cayaenne pepper, ginger, cilantro, garlic, salt, brown sugar, parsley, honey, black pepper, cumin, mint leaves, cardamon... mmm.. get the idea? raw, living flavors for high energy. rasies the body temperature when it's cold. can't go wrong. it's like painting or mixing colors but with food. so many shades to create. flavors to stimulate your tongue and spirit... but when i'm feeling like instant gratification and shouldn't be using a knife i reach for an avocado for energy, a banana for potassium (which remedies leg fatigue - must trance dance!!) and grapes or berries for easy to chew, wet, sharing fun bon apetit!
