OOO what a bassline man. It sounds so fat, i liked the percussion games in the 2nd minute and absolutely mind drilling fx. Definately your best track so far, great productions, great bassline, nice development and massive fx. Everything sounds right besides the breakbeat after 3:30 which is slighty shifted from the the main percussion, you should fix this!
Besides, this is a damn good work. Keep up with the holy work, atleast until the army grabs you.

Hey man, excellent work! Here are my thoughts:

First the bad news:

* This style isn't really my cup of tea, but this is made even worse by the fact that there's very little going on in the mid range. Lots of high end squelchy FX and a huge bass, but there's not much midrange "meat" until near the end when some lower freq FX kick in.
* As Space Ninja already pointed out, the breakbeat is off tempo a bit.
* The LOTR sample is cool but repeated a bit too often for my liking (even though it's processed a few different ways).
* Track on the whole needs some more structural variety. There are a few breaks, but could use more.

The good news

* The kick and bass combo is pure bliss. You got this one nailed! Congrats, as a lot of folks get it wrong.
* Excellent high end FX. All the squishy squelchy twisty sounds are very cool - arranged and processed quite well. I'm jealous!
* Production as a whole is very high quality.

You're well on your way my friend - keep it going!!!

hey
well i just listend to your trek and i have to say that it is a very nice one...
you have many sounds, and good ones in it, the bassline, well the bassline i like very much
the simpul as waveman said is repeated too many times...
the nigun of the snares which comes on 3:30 can be very good if you will put it exactly on the beat...
all in all sounds like a good production but the trek in the global is missing a main idea, main melody or something like that...
still i would be proud to do something like that
i will sure be looking for your next treks...

nice work! The kick+bass combination is really fat.. I also liked the percussion work and most of the FX.. the hihats are also cool.. care to share the complete equipment/programs list? (the phaser effect you used on the acid-like sounds at the end of the track is stunning.. keep up the good work!)

Lots of stuff that's too off-beat for it's own good (not only the breakbeat, but also some of the SFX). Production/sound work could be improved a lot, some of the effects have a way too high volume. The other comments still hold.

Very nice overall.           http://www.myspace.com/Hooloovoo222
