first goa trance label was a Spirit Zone, some others released goa trance before but wasnt a pure goa trance labels, so first offical goa trance label was SZ indeed.

dragonfly-----was called butterfly records with youth releasing killing joke etc. then si posford was taken on as the sound engineer and opened them up to goa trance. the name was changed to dragonfly to make it sound 'cooler'! |

Butterfly is not the same as Dragonfly. Butterfly still exist as a production company. Dragonfly was a seperate label established by Youth.
Btw there's much earlier labels in Belgium and Germany that did "Goa" releases but the first English label in UK that released Goa as we know it was indeeed TIP and Dragonfly. I am not sure who came first but I think it was TIP. |

Well - it depends how can you define goa. Maybe techo? It goes to the 80's then.
