acoustic and electric guitar, not many who can do it right though; Tim Schuldt for one can. Menog was also cool. would like to hear more of this.. 
flute is very cool in trance-music.

it isnt an instrument but it makes part of the music....
i like to hear voices (mixed or not) in a song.
