i just bought this book..its really effing amazing. the way is really simple say Fuck It to everything...
must read..will write more once i finish

This is actually where it all started in 2005.
John C. Parkin and Gaia Pollini had just set up the retreat centre The Hill That Breathes in Italy, when they realized that saying ‘F**k It’ was indeed a spiritual way.
They started teaching ‘F**k It Weeks’ and they were an instant hit. They teach how to let go big-time in this paradise setting.
They now run roughly one week every month throughout the summer. The weeks book up early, so do book ahead to avoid disappointment (of course, you could say ‘F**k* It’).

yes it does..the book is amazing..if you are good reader you will finish it one sitting..its effing amazing..i am a bad reader and read 87pages in 2 days

the basic idea of this book is to say fuck it to anything you feel an obligation about. it can be anything you can think of - obligation to be on a spiritual path, obligation to save the worlds from idiots, obligation to make money, to be "someone important" in your work, to found families, to be this and that, and even obligation to save the world from the global warming and ecology collapses. it means, fuck it to anything that is not right here and now in front of you. also say fuck it to self dscipline, fuck it to diets and fuck it to doing fitness three times a week. the author believes, that if you finally say fuck it to anything, then you might come to the flow of your own self and do everything in accordance of your inner being.
at the end you won't do things out of self discipline and obligation but because you really feel you have the power and the flow to do it now. so you would do only things you have the power and the flow for.
as i read the book ( it is a book with very big letters, that can be read within two hours), i thought, hey i could also finally say fuck it to anything that is not right in front of me here and now. i said fuck it to the mirror and to my idea of what should be there in the mirror instead of me, fuck it to traumatic experiences, fuck it to horror trips and fuck it to what is expected from me in life and what i never did . i opened the internet and said fuck it to all those ascii codes of people who dont know me and do so as if they know everything about me personally.
i said fuck it to my wish to change the world, and i thought of the basic idea of the book - that if you compare the evolution of the universe with a day of 24 hours, then we humans came in the last two seconds. we are so unimportant that we would never ever be that heroic change in the world we all dream of - a new age where anything would change completely.
so i said fuck it to anything. i went out to the lake, sat down and start crying because there was nothing i could feel useful for in this world . besides to say fuck it.

You don't need to be "useful" to be loved, needed and desired, all of which the universe knows you to be.
"It" especially cares, that you care so much. It's one of the beautiful things that makes you you, and makes the universe smi˛le.

you know, i was recently wondering if the universe smiled while for example people like nelson mandela spent 30 years in prison because they had a position to defend and insisted to be "themselves". and how did those persons feel while the universe smiled ?
for myself i havent proven the hypothesis that the universe loves us/me. i know, i am a big thorn in the side of any spiritual person, because spiritual persons do not ask themselves if the unvierse loves us humans. spiritual persons construct their whole view of reality on that basis - that the universe cares, responds and gives them a shelter. i am sceptical about it.
i will not go into the issue of infantile sexuality and freud to explain my view on that - i would just mention that freud stated, we create our whole system of worshipping gods just because our unsatisfied infantile sexuality. we create a loving god or a universe that loves us, as a substitute to our infantile need for oneness and shelter.
as a matter of fact, we or at least i dont know exactly if the unverse loves us that much. may be the universe doesn care about us that much. why should it? would you care that much for a tiniest glimpse of an atom within yourself if you were the universe and if you had millions and millions of other exactly same particles within you. and they are all born and die as fast as the speed of light, even faster. may be the universe doesnt even have time to notice that we are here - or do you may be notice every single one night insect that is flowing in front of your windows every day? i dont. i dont have that much attention to care. at the end of the day, i want to say that i dont base my idea of life on the fact that the universe cares with so much love about me. what if the universe doesnt even have feelings, no brain cells, no amygdalas, no mind to give birth of an emotion. may be the universe doesnt know what is good and bad, and doesnt separate love from hate, importance from unimportance. the universe just has one goal - to evolve on accident....
and this means that any idea of our brain about what is important in our life, can be gratified with a fuck it. it is the basic idea of spirituality to let it flow, to leave attachment. to not take ourselves that serious.
but honestly i dont know either. i dont know why we are here. may be there is absolutely no reason to be here except to take care first for the system within us ( for our body and mind and soul), then for the system around us starting from what is right in front of us - the social structure immediately around us and then expanding the focus to a wider horizon. but act as locally as possible.
btw i am sure that no person could be loved, desired and needed, if this person is not useful.

I would say that is "us" who are the self-aware component of the universe. Some say we are the gardners, others that we are the brain-cells, guardians or gOds.
That the compassion we deserve will not come from a "system", or some spooky non-corporeal sentience, but from each other.
I don't hold that much stock with Freud, apart from the fact he forged much of his work, for example Anna O, I much preferred Reich.
But yes ultimately I cannot point to any other source/authority/sentience, than to say I believe that my world would be a less wonderous place without you in it. But then I also believe that in some capacity/state of consciousness/awareness I am the uni/multiverse. (As are we all)
