okay, i take back what i said in the freedom festival thread about you hoffman..

also, if i were you, i wouldn't be pointing out that other people need their english corrected.. hahaha!

please tell us what is wrong with security guards? where do you get "army" from "contracted"?? to be honest i'm quite happy with security keeping an eye on things, as long as they are not invasive like the freedom festival steroid freaks who beat on any hippy who looked at them the wrong way. in south africa we have them, and they stand under a tree, or wander around making sure everything is okay.. and if someone on the dancefloor causes trouble, they take them away.. which makes me feel a lot safer and more relaxed. if this is all you can offer as something taking away from the "spirit" and "image" of a festival, then your argument is pathetic.

i go to festivals to dance to good music, unwind and meet new people from different countries.. clearly you're a bit caught up in your image.

i would suggest you leave this thread before you embarass yourself more. some of us are excited about this and don't need to hear your whining negativity.

i think the "and all of that crap" in your signature says it all about your attitude.

Well, i was only expressing my opinion and taste...and to be honest i don't like to see a trance festival de characterised by government rules and norms...i thought that trance was the opposite to all of the "Babylon" rules...and not accepting all their impositions and even be glad about it...
To be honest i think that when Trance and trance event's lose their semi-anarchy and hippie way, they are sold to capitalism and have lost all the free spirit that is "our" "flag".
Sorry for being an idealist...
I think also that anyone have the right to have is own opinion, or not?¿?¿?
About the English...i was only being ironic...coz "our" moderator Justin is the one that are always pointing other ppl mistakes in English...not me...
Well, stay cool, and enjoy "your" festival...

About you Justin...i prefer that you say what you what to say here, personally, when we meet some day, and before "label" me of any thing...think twice and look at yourself.

let it go hoffman..

and i think its a ridiculous ideolgy. are psytrance were always contra-society?? if so, how could any attitude changes make a difference? this isn't about anarchy at all, this is about hedonism and expanding your mind. if a government allows that to happen then good for them! that doesn't make it capitalist. your reasoning is fallacious.

if i was allowed to throw a party with no regulations/restrictions i would CHOOSE to have security there, to protect my party-goers from people with anarchistic and destructive attitudes like yours seems to be.

MOVING ON - this festival is going to be SICK!

Well, being anarchist, doesn't mean that you have destructive attitudes...
Like you have said...i already had forgotten about this issue...
After all is not my kind of festival and i don't intend to assist to it anyway, so...why borrow about it...
Keep cool, and have a nice festival...

Just another opinion extract from the main french trance forum, please, can anyone translate it please...???           From Portugal with Love!!!
