Hello Space loop..
No.......is Open Air, aconditionated with "Tents"....2 tents and 2 duomos...the main floor is a tent for 5000 people......in the nature for sure 
Is going be the bigger psy village maked here sence alwyas

It´s ok here with weather, you can have easy 22 degrees by day and about 10 by night, if you compare that with the rest of Europe.

yes.....in december in the last 4 winters in christmas time we have a lot of sun...like usual
Even so,...all camping area is in a valey with hot-showers, etc.....all confort you need ........and in the party "village" all tents and duomos are there in case of rain for portecting us....
So, everithing is going be aconditionated for the worst wether we can find ,...but if the wether this year are like usual,in this time,.....we hope can open all laterals of the tents during the day time becouse when the sun is up....can make a lot of hot for who is dancing.....
