Vibrasphere also deserve a mention in the uplifting department, and Son Kite on the progressive with a bit of tech elements as well, but those are well known enough.
Ticon are considered great, but they're not my cup of tea.

Wako listening to Proggy eh?! Thats something new! wow. thats good to know.
Well If you like stuff like lish, I reccomend you listen to stuff some stuff from the sestos and Hujaboy. They have some techno proggy type of tracks.
There is Tegma for sure, there is Remedy, Maybe some Cosma for the real proggy type of tracks.
Then you can get Echotek or Atomic pulse for a little full on proggy type of stuff. Try to give it all a listen.
Maybe it will open new doors. |

well wako, start with ticon that known as spirit babas of lish. the most close sound to them. litlle better as baba have to be 
then im sure u will like shiva shandra and manmademan that are two great progressive psy trance artists.
if some time u will want something less psy but more progressive u always can hear to sbk that have amazing production and power.
for progressive of today (acts i told before more classic that progressive) u can take a listen to xv killist,sonnenvakuum,necmi,son kite (better listen to his side projetcs like filur and miniloge) and more..
about haldolium - they define themself as DEEEEEP.

lish album is pure collobaration between trance sound, house grooves ad tekno loops. no full on there.
new human blue so nice,ahhhh... what full on ther ?? is there meat or power of full on ?? NO.. melodic isnt mean full on, may be goa but not full on...
for progressive full on check - Sonic body, massimo ventuchy....

yeah human blue is pretty cool... just download some of their tracks (j/k ). get electric roundabout, nice progressive stuff with melodies.

ah, i forgot to say that if u realy look for "exelent progressive trance", so take a listen to
plastic park records compilations (all of them in particular order from the start to end).
tatsu records compilations (dragon tale series)
sunset records compilations (chaishop etc)
flow records compilations (change,filtered beats,blue)
sonnenvakuum album for a taste how lish want to be sound and sbk as a sound master on mission one.
without take u to soft side of things (im not sure u want it, right ??) music is a thing i realy recomend u if u look for what u ask
enjoy...
