The Weirding Way is Jean-Philippe Cloutier and Zaid Khan, a.k.a Zaid K. Although this new project may come as a surprise to most of us, we cannot expect anything less than a massive dose of perfectionism and professionalism from our two fellow Montrealers. Their compositions, which have been secretly simmering for the past two years, are guaranteed to lift you to higher grounds and will definitely leave you wanting for more. One driven by a grinding, melodic edge and the other by the dark and nasty side of music, it's anyone's guess how far this explosive duo will take us...
The Weirding Way est un projet composé de Jean-Philippe Cloutier et de Zaid Khan, a.k.a. Zaid K. C’est à travers ce nouveau projet surprise et empreint d’un souci de perfection et de professionnalisme que nos deux amis montréalais vous prouveront que le talent n’existe pas seulement de l’autre côté de l’océan. Après deux ans de peaufinement, leurs créations vous garantiront un voyage vers des sommets jusqu’à là inexplorés et combleront les appétits les plus voraces. Pendant que l’un vous envoûtera avec ses mélodies transcendantes, l’autre vous fera basculer du côté obscur : nul ne sait jusqu’où est prêt à aller cet explosif duo…

Nathaniel Boulay has been producing music under the name of Symbolium for the past 7 years. Being a fervent of the South African crew, he has developed a strong appetite for pounding bass lines and twisted sounds. Some of you might even have heard a few of his creations, during either Absolute, Drizzt or Zaid K’s sets and Br34th3 also tested the Symbolium sound at the Troll Tyg fest in Sweden, driving the crowd wild. So be prepared to dance till you drop because the giant has plenty of new material for us to enjoy !!!
Depuis environ 7 ans, c’est sous le nom de Symbolium que Nathaniel Boulay se consacre à la production musicale. Étant un fervent amateur de musique sud-africaine, il a su développé un goût aiguisé pour des basslines puissantes et des mélodies endiablées. Quelques uns d’entre vous avez sûrement entendu certaines de ses créations, que ce soit pendant les sets de Drizzt, Absolute ou Zaid K et Br34th3 a aussi testé l’une de ses compositions au Troll Tyg fest en Suède, provoquant une réaction instantanée à la grandeur de la piste de danse. Préparez vous à danser jusqu’à vous écrouler car notre amical géant nous réserve encore bien d’autres surprises !!!

hey these are very good news!!! really nice to see you're rocking canada as much as u did here in london, bro! The last Event Horizon I've played with with Astrix and Hom Mega crew at The Mass was one of the best gigs in London... I am sure you'll keep up the quality and rock the house with ur music bro!!! I miss you around here bro!!! Everyone does... hope to see u soon either in brazil or in canada
