Does anyone know how long the exclusive period lasts on Beatport? 1 month? 2 months?
the low aussie dollar is meaning i need to plan my purchases a bit better, and avoid the exclusive periods... |

Coming back to the question of how long is the Beatport exclusive period?
I believe my research is over.
It appears that it is 2 months - and I might say a looong 2 months at that!
One of the other Thoughtless Music releases (Limacon - The Ride) was released on 28/10 and now finally it is not exclusive anymore. I'm assuming it stopped being exclusive on 28/12... (i forgot to check on that day).

On an unfortunate side note, I have maxxed out my downloads for the month so I can't even buy it until after January 5,... doh!

Last night, while searching through tower records osaka, to my surprise found an untouched cd, signed and beautiful at a reasonable price. Delighted to have seen it because for me it had sold out for more than a year ago. It is an outstanding release, beautiful package, music that touches sensitive fibers. Simply a collection cd at its best |
