Thanks for the comments everyone!
If some had problems accessing the site recently, it's a fresh install now and back online, with no virus on, sorry for those who may have get it, the shop had been hijacked. Don't worry as the trojan had utilities only on the web, not on personal computers.
The tracks packages were not infected either, so really it was on browser side only, nothing else to worry about.
If you are ever been asked to install an Active X plugin on our site, except Flash player, just DENY IT, do not install anything as we do not use anything else than html, php and flash components.
So it's all cleaned up now:
