try the full cd from ott, its amazing:
ott - blumenkraft
and also check out these cds:
abakus - that much closer to the sun

maybe there is no contact to the subject, but i love dub music to, and i dont no if you know them, so i want to recommend you on some dub music thet i love, its more chill form the psydub. but anyway they calld easy star all stare- dub side fo the moon.

The link that Furthur suggested is probably your bets bet as there are pages of recomendations.
Originally Dub just meant to do another version of a track and it was very common in the 70s for reggae albums to have a dub version of the original album - and the idea and title for Hallucinogen in Dub was no doubt is inspired by these albums.
As the phrase "Dub" came out of reggae - if you went into a record shop and asked for some dub - they'd probably point you in the direction of the reggae section. However many chillout artists took a lot of inspiration from dub reggae and thats why you'll hear the phrase dub used in conection with a lot of psy chillout.
But Ott's version of Gamma Goblins is a long way from (legendary 70s dub producer) Lee Scratch Perry!
