Hey guys, what a mess! It is indeed a very sad situation. Thumbs up for the people providing alternative parties and ideas for the lost artists and visitors. |

Hi! It was a rough experience for the "reflection refuges". The organization didn't warn us and explain anything of what was happening, a few days from the festival they sad everything was ok, just a delay with the flights, and no word until today (we had the same process all the artists already describe). All i can say is all we need is love ( and police brutality )!

Very, very sad story.....
Noob organisers better learn about rules and regulations before starting over optimistic projects....and learn some honesty and decency. Liscencing, dealing with safty and security issues are integral parts of organising large scale events, issues that should be tackled way ahead of time. Dont blame it on the police, its the easy way out. Organisers should look at their own shortcomings first.
Maybe become aware of the huge responsibility organising such events is, go back and take some event management classes Otherwise let it be and leave it to the profesionals and organise something at a scale you can handle.
Some people have to save a lot of money to travel across half the globe to a festival, and end up stranded.
Hope these disorganisers can sleep well after how they fucked these people around.

Hmmm, Grrrr!
Amateurs.... I'll recommend the organization to pay all tickets (and travelling costs) back to the people they cheated.... then in 14 years when its all done, they can consider making another one...
