Yeah!!!! man really cooooooolllll I like it a lot.....That's fresh, and the production is Killer. I wonder how did U get such a quality;....and all the track in 3 times kick..

Listening to the icelands
Really like the intro, the sound design and the way it comes together. I didn't feel there was any development in the song though. It didn't really go far beyond the starting point. My usual complaint...some melody would be nice and is imperative to create the feeling of movement in a song.
I guess the way to describe it would be in a wonderful song I feel as if I am traveling but yours I feel as if I'm just stationary with sound happening around me. |

i actually didnt include the first half of The Icelands in that 'sample' so uve missed alot of the development that the start offers.
to be honest i try and detach myself of anything 'musically correct,' and concentre on textures of sound rather than cords, melodies, riffs etc... hey music is spose to be about stretching bouderies and doing ur own thing right!
the way id say i would make a 'melody' even if u want to call it that, is by manipulating one sound onto another sound and kinda creating a groove that way, hard to explain but it works lol, umm think sensient!

hes heating the elements in the oven for 2 hours in 200 degrees !
nice stuff dude i liked the minimalism and the production !
but the tracks need a climax!
melody isnt necessary for a climax specialy for minimal but u can achieve that by edding elements that work with each other untill u get that climax with the sound get more powerfull!

if you want to call excluding things from your music stretching boundaries thats fine by me. i don't quite understand how you can exclude something entirely and say your stretching boundaries. having a melody doesn't mean your musically correct. i am not a believer in following the music theory system or whatever. i do think that harmony and melody are necessary to create motion in a song.
it's probably just easier to leave it out though.
