This topic is a strange road to nowhere. Most of my friends think all psy trance sounds like the sound track to the end of the world and I sure as hell don't use it as an excuse for an us vs. them scenario.
If you think music is scarey then hell, you really are a little feint of heart as there's nothing wrong with having it hard and edgy on the dance floor.
Bad people produce bad vibes, as long as there are good people around me stomping to the beat I don't believe in boundaries within music.

darkpsy produces bad vibes if:
1. you are to retarded to understand it
2. producers do a really bag job and promote bad vibes with the music (here i mean producers who add o the tracks screaming people and such bullshit)
