I find much more interesting threads with a lot of posts and as many diferent opinions as possible...

but of course as many said it will depend on what is being discussed, if its a kind of "what track you´re hearing now" thread i will never read it all...why for?

also, i may skip a few long posts if i see from start they don´t interest me...

but as it was said here...and i agree 100% - the 1st thing of a forum is reading opinions, answering comes 2nd if wanted...

long threads no, i sometimes get even discouraged to post because i have no patience to read all the posts...
long posts, sometimes, i used to enjoy reading Handa's posts.. and the post i ve ever read was something written by Krell

Sometimes it seems as if, users really don't understand eachother. Thus, they go around in circles, while nobody's actually understands one another, no progress is made.

I think the aggressive manner in which debates often are conducted, is counter-productive .

One should read as many posts as possible, before replying, one should understand the context in which one replies.

I think Full-on has a valid point, i'am sure we would have much more productive discussions in our forum if our users read through a given topic thoroughly.
