I don~t think so. Rica make a good work, a beatiful work but the best dj in Trance scene is Mack. Following by Feio, Vor, Swarup, Matera..

For me MACK is very good (now), buuuutttt, Rica is Rica, maybe he isn´t the best now, but have a great stile, music, mix.tecnic, he Knows who to be in trance cene. one pioneer. now it´s esy beeing a Dj. He is a great teatcher, learn whith him. good work Rica .congratulations for your wining!!!
