I think he's not the best, but he is between the best ones...
this contest, Noite Ilustrada Election for Brazil Best Trance Dj, in my opinion will always be commercial... listen to me: in two or three years Yasser Hansi will win...
Obviously I respect all these DJs, but contests will always be contests and they don't proof anything...
How many times Rica won this contest before???
I voted for Swarup...

Of course Rica has his great value for the scene but I think that today he is not the best Trance Dj anymore , but how this contest had become comercial it's obvious that he should win...
Hey Spiral I'd voted for Snoopy as Revelation Dj , I appreciate a lot Mr. Claudio Brio but I think that he is not a revelation because he already had conquered his respect with people that use to attends Rave parties....his Proggy stile is great !! |

Rica is a good dj for sure... he is a dj for the "mass"...
A Rare example of someone who makes money with trance in brazil...
his parties are more interested in make money than any other thing.
But coming from an event like "Noite Ilustrada" (a commercial event) it isn´t a surprise for me ..
boom.

I don't agree definitly !! Mack boommm the dance floor, also Dj Android is very killa! Rica is also good too, the "first" one and i respect him very much!! But brazil has other very very good dj's !! Let's make a "popular" votation, and see who is the choose one ! |

Hi,
from the european perspective we have had a chance to see quite a few brasilians this summer! and they all rocked. really. I really liked Rica´s tribal vibe, but Mack for sure has the cleanest set, veeeery good and driving. Feio is also great. Swarup too.
I am not a fan of Android. But I really like Tati! Keep up the spirit....

Well,i think Rica is one of our best dj´s,but not the best dj anymore.He´s a pioneer,but lots came on his track,and lots of these "followers" now, r better than him.
I wont talk more cos alien clubber,spiral atmosphere,full_on and arantes already said what i´d say.
