Do humans deserve to survive?

Do you thnink humans as species deserve to survive or if extinction comes we have it well derserved fo our wrong doings to earth, other species and other humans?
Lets suppose that some superpowerfull aliens race comes and they star judging us for our ecocides, genocides etc etc. Being the penalty being totally exterminated.
Do you think humanity will be found guilty or not guilty?

hahaha! we all deserve to die! thank god....
we will probably infest this earth and it will kill us all...
.. though would be cooler with a meteorite rain... what a rush...
nah im going to live my life right now.. what a feeling, haha

Other things apart..... If you are JUST talking about humans "deserving" to survive on this 3 dimensional earth... Well ofcourse we deserve to completely... Not everybody's fucked up man... ? |

wrong doing, right doings... Its just doings! This is our problem, humans sometimes just do without thinking about consequences! so maybe its time for some right doings knowing some of the facts what is right and what is wrong.... stupidity would be not to try and correct what was made wrong to best extent possible.
lets find out how stupid we are

So i reckon
"Bad" people will be found guilty in the court of aliens.
and the not fucked up ones will be enslaved for not going against the grain.
