You remind me myself when i used to say that i dont like brocolli just because it didnt look nice to me but now one of my favorite foods is brocolli.

yes Hod...it's not that I listen to Tiesto, or ever seen him in action...but I do give him all the respect...and belive me , he worked hard for it...I could only wish to get paid as much as he does...hehe

Hod, who's comparing Tiesto to psy trance?? these are totaly different styles of music...the only connection is that they are both electronic music...that's it...so try to open your mind just a bit...and respect other music styles...even if you don't like them...you think Tiesto is shitty? well, just for your information he is known worldwide as the #1 DJ in the planet at the moment...and btw it all started in Israel few years ago...if you want respect, then learn to give it to others first...

Stop misjudging club trance.
I'm sure most of you never heard it and only heard maybe 1 or 2 tracks on MTV.. A radio mix of the most cheesiest track there is.
I can assure you that club trance has DEPTH in it. Those superstar DJ's reached this position because of mixing skills, reading of the market and audience and making music as well.
Of course it has lots of commercialism in it - such as a single track having 5000 remixes, but the music is very good.
If you'll just give it a try like I did, you'll see that it's not that bad.

dunno about superstars but Digweed one of my favorite djs if not the most, catch him play once in a party u will see what im talking about. hear him three times and guys, he play 4-6 hours sets, PERFECT building and even no one mistake at beatmixing in 6!! hours. and such a exxelent crowd reading that i never saw at another sets.
Sven Vath - another "superstar" (btw - when he came here in Israel only 200 ppl came to hear him, i was sooo shame of it), well, man play like God also, mix u whatever u thought cant be mixed together, all with a big smile on his face.
not all the music that is not psy trance is a club trance, not all club djs is Tiesto, wake up!!!
about why they are God alike - well, big clubs deal with big money, big money make ppl (pay attention, not a ppl themselfs but a suround ppl) think they are Gods.

man,you so right i also had the chance to hear is set well it was a at the fun factory near amsterdam and with 10,000 ppl
and it was some of the best sets that i ever heard,with 3 turntable,wowwow,and another
one is j.p the owner of the groove conection in amsterdam - the best mixing skill i heard in my life.
sure there a lot of not psy dj's that got admair beside tiesto and friends.

o.zen - cheerio:) one day i will hear Sven Vath at his Cocoon club at Ibiza, promise !! (i just wait to catch there Felix De Housecat and Sven together:)) hehe
one more thing - the most interesting thing is that Real DJs in trance scene quite unknown, i mean this ppl who realy can mix, Cosmix, Sid Shanti etc. seems trance ppl just dont know to approgate to mix skills.
from the trance "superstars" that can mix i sure have to point two - Anti and Mark Allen.
