i just wanna say that theres more to life they psychedelia......

i think that we are witnessing the beggining of the 2nd transformation in Trance (the first was around 1999 - The Big Splitt): deep progg artists going into minimal, progg artists going into deeper more minimal direction and full on artists slowly but surely going down in bpm to what we call progg on style. it happening right infron of our ears. i know many full on artists who lately have been doing slower and slower trax. and it sounds very kool.
off course the full on will be taken by storm by new kids with ever higer BPMs and melodies. kids who didnt know Barkan. I prophet the return of nitzhonot! beware.....

guy nitzhonot are still out there... trust me
go to central bus station and check those cd stores at 6th floor
ill be surprised....
for me "new kids" will be looking for more complex beats and not the other way simple cheasy stuff...
fullon passing away not becouse of its evolved to something complex... its passing away cose its evolving to more and more cheasy direction....
same with progreccive...
once it was prety complex structures and more mechanical... now its not realy far from deep house music (not all productions ofcorse but mostly)
same goes for tech trance that almost dissapeared
from hardcore machinery beats now there is only cheasy loops....
ofcorse there is a big place for chease out there but like most of chease its moving to clubs and down to teenage crowd
so i dont expect skazi or yahel or ofer nisim to start making complex beats ...
they will keep making club and teenage trance
but "new kid" wont aim to this direction i think
like befere about 4 years "new kids" toke fullon basic structure and with alittle bit of complication invent what we call "dark" today

bottom line whoever will make "same old shit" will fade away prety quick
new generations always looking for original stuff           Jesus didnt dance, but his beat goes on

Not realy. unfortunately, tech trance just has not enough support, and never had. therefore it's like big 747 on the run way that can't take off.

I'd rather listen to any of the above memtioned while fully toxicated with psychedelics then to nonsence sounding, fast tempo, bad quality production suomi music m8... imho putting loads of weird sounds 2gether doesn't make something complex it's just called putting weird sounds 2gether...

3 reasons:

Labels do not believe it this style - No profit, in fact they loose money.
Not enough artists - No music.
Crowd - no one who will buy the music.

In this scene the corny cheesy melodic music is where the entire rash goes.

and somthing about progressive this is another copypast music its nice but its all defently the same same

Which last mandalavandalz? "Kamakaze" album?Don't know, but for me that was a great piece of the suomi pie )
There are many new artists, that create innovative sounds, such as ExUuS, who is member in this forum too, by the way, LPC,5meo geo ,Puoskari album, which was released not longtime ago... And any many many more.
And if you not intrested in new names, just wait a litlle to Faggotts new album, which will release n a couple f weeks )
And about progressive man, you exactly rigth, I afraid that progressive will turn into another club-house-glamourosly shit;(            C20H25N3O

Hmm, so what you want to say that suomi music doesn't have a soul? )
And about bad production, leasten to the vicious spiral, this dude's music created at outstanding level of quality.            C20H25N3O

DJ BUJU i know u dont like me and dont like my point of view.... i dont like u neither
but to your reply....
i dono what kind of music u into....
but if u open minded listen up...
open soulseek or any other mp3-leeching soft u have
type in the search "Texas Faggott-Hector Sector" for example....
now before u press play i sugest ya to put ur "soundman's egotripping" asside and press play without biaching about the sound quality....
now listen to whole the track and if after that u still think that its "nonsence sounding, fast tempo, loads of weird sounds 2gether" then i speachless...
if 1finger basslines are beter music that 5 to 12 chords progression tracks for ya then noone in the world would be able to explain to ya the beauty of the MUSIC...
music is not sound engenering....           Jesus didnt dance, but his beat goes on

Suomi music has a lot of those genious moments definitely I agree. But never the less it is still very chaotic and works by different rules of construction ( of a track ) than the more "standard" trance music... Many times there are no rulez actually.. So for some, these moments of geniousity are lost due to utter craziness 15 seconds after.

This is what is wonderful in Suomi music and this is what makes it hard to digest.

"full on artists slowly but surely going down in bpm to what we call progg on style"

i dont see how prog on is any difreant than full on, i didnt hear any new, orignal and interting prog on tracks.its just like full on mostly copycat music. a bit slower but other then that nothing new.

So that was a point, trance music have to be not standart, and who need rulez, there aren't any hehe )            C20H25N3O

i think it's very ironic to watch us argue from a side on the genere's of psytrance wich is still one of the smallest streams of music in the world....(yeah i know lot's of people into IM and skazi buy still...)
i join what shanti says about another wave of nizhonot is coming towards us... we just dont gonna take part of it , it will be teenagers music mostly(the line of "knesiyat hasehel" collabration with astral projection is a good example), maybe teens in other parts of the world will search for more safisticated music, but in a country where most people listen to israeli hits and galagalaz prime list most of the time, the fact that some are open to any kind of electronic's is also not something that logical to the israeli mainsteam type of music fans, most of them will be satisfied with some trance hits at 5 am in the morning in some regular club. the reason that evulotion in music (such as progg style that became a more popular in the last few years) is much slower than other parts of the world, so teen's will go to the cheesy style again..
