Was just wondering, how many of you have been to a party.. going on for like say 4-5 hours and suddenly you hear a tune which u havent heard in ages.. Whats your reaction? What does it feel like to actually know what sounds or variations are coming forth? The name of the track would be cool too.
For me it was Osom - game over .. heard that at the Grapes of Wrath party 2 nights ago, was played by Paulo - owner of Goa Mantra Records.

Hehehe, I rarely go to parties but I remember a guy on psynews.org posting one time that he was on a party and he totally flipped out because they played an Etnica track... here's what he said (I thought it was quite a funny post at the time)

"Starts minimal, converting slowly to Full on..the last two minutes are AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGHHHH...Music stops, silence appearing, you stop dancing for some seconds and then suddenly when you can't understand what's happening comes THEEE ETNICA-MELODY from 1996 and blows you away like a bomb. I was in Arvika when I heard this and people were moving away from me cause i was screaming like a maniac..."

Hehehe, just wanted to share this one           "Subconscious unravels at the point of death, and all time it has known erupts into a moment. As death extinguishes us, so we become it."

Interesting that nobody has had these experiences at a party.. or atleast hasn't mentioned one experience at a party.. Maybe cos we'r too busy enjoying the music to recognize it.. or maybe? Anything else u guys can think of?

isnt a deja vou simply a glith in the matrix? its when someone has come in and changed somehitn g?
so maybe the owners and operators of this matrix are doing the smae thing to us.. when they are sending us various encrypted digital signals so that we can do their bidding hehehheheheeheh

ps. i love to hear the odd track i recognize from the good old days at a party.. or even the rmx of an old track, brings back the feeling of those original days of ignorance and bliss

All the time. For instance I remember some DJ playing Der Dritte Raums "Hale Bopp" on the alternative stage at VooV this year - a great flashback           DJ pr0fane (Iboga Records) | Multiphase

And what a great track... Especially when mixed with 'Lava', another track from the same Der Dritte Raum album, namely Raumgleiter. Great stuff.           "Subconscious unravels at the point of death, and all time it has known erupts into a moment. As death extinguishes us, so we become it."

Personally, I'm not to fond of remixes. They kinda screw up the originality, specially with psy trance. The saying 'great minds think alike' really wouldn't fit in with remixes.
