its called zenonesque as far as i know.
here is a track that iv been working on the last few days. i am a rookie prodoucer teaching myself on ableton. i would really love some criticism to hopefully make my tunes better  cheers guys.

nice to see the development of this style (and topic). thanks to everybody involved, and special thanks to those blessed artists, djs, label owners, etc who really give something special to the psychedelic community. personally i wish the more laid-back sound within this style could take a little more room. as i feel it, atm it's around 80% dark and 20% smooth. maybe a little more balance is needed to push things to the next level. but of course it depends on our beloved producers and their inspirations. things always turn out right i'd say. thanks so much to everybody involved so far!

smooth = Tetrameth, Shadow Fx, Merkaba, Grouch (sometimes), Evil Oil Man, Dirty Hippie, Bushmech, Brujo's Bowl, Zeamoon (kinda), One Tasty Morsel, Slytrance, ... anyone else?
btw, not saying Sensient, HypoGeo, Radioactive.Cake, Pspiralife, Hellquist, etc make less valuable music. just talking about balance. "start doing your own tunes!" ...who said that? hah! don't know man
