Is that *really* a Frank Zappa sample? Doesn't sound like him. Do you know which album or song it is derived from?
BTW: Son Kite, I would go for a remix of Shortcut to Mushrooms or Groove Shadow... Good luck, can't wait

Definately one of the overrated albums of the past year - not because it's not good, this is probably the best Israeli/Ibiza full-on album for ages, but because Dado can do wonders without resorting to standard concepts. This album is extremely well made compared to most other acts in the style, with top notch production and everything. Perhaps I'm wrong with expecting artists to try and do something new each time, but when I listen to an album and it sounds like a few other artists only with slightly different sounds - it ruins the fun for me.
Full-on at it's best? Maybe, even though it's not my style of full-on. The best Dado could do? Far from it.

I think the best is yet to come in the GBU and Synthetic new albums.
Not to mention the new Transwave stuff....

All hands in the air for "A short cut of mushrooms" !!!
.. Fantastic intro and the track has a beautiful psychedelic firm flow. Takes you on a real ride. And you don’t get bored
I love Deedrah, he's one of those acts that you have to respect. Very psychedelic, very smart imo (music) - Until now, the only Deedrah albums I've owned was a couple of burned discs with different tracks (Body & Soul, Self Oscillation and Reload) without knowing which track goes in which album. Finally I decided to purchase all Deedrah albums.
Bad luck. The only album available that I have found so far is "Self Oscillation" which I bought today. - Does anyone have a copy to sell? Thinking about the albums "Body & Soul, Reload" - Or do you know of a internet music shop with these albums for sale? So far no luck for me.
thanks,
psytones

Not to talk bad about super Dado's music, but this album was very unoriginal and when i laid ear's on it, my first impression was to sell it right away, since i knew i would not use it ever.. and i did..
I can't remember names, but there's 1 track that should have been called "reload remix" and well, we all heard hellsonic many times on many compilaitons.. besides those, the rest is just ok..
Dado's releases on compilations are 1000% better than what we find on this album IMO !!
it doesn't, however, change the top notch production quality.. i find it just too fluffy i guess..
"VA - REWIRED" OUT NOW !! (techtrance invasion) ---> http://forum.isratrance.com/viewtopic.php/topic/86303/forum/9

no cheesy synths and samples, no redundant melodies for children, but has some of that fluff that makes the dancefloor smile.
This is for me a BIG important statement about Deedrah and why I and many others love him and his tunes. He makes you smile on the dancefloor, BIG time! Grrreat! Føkking album. Respect! It's the essense of Deedrah.

My favourite album these days... At first I really didn't like it and thought it was more of yer 'ol basic fullon but I llearned to appreciate the smooth grooves and remarkably discreet melodies and sounds for what they were.
Gets me going in the mornings and brings a smile to my face
Row row row your boats gently down the stream; merrily merrily merrily merrily life is but a dream. |
