Watz up all you South African Trance monkees!! Last time I was in South Africa was two years ago and wasn't really in the trance scence back then. Since then.... I've come along way baby. Anyway, just wanted to find out (and I know this is jumping the gun a bit) what the party scene in JHB and CT will be like in December.... specifically some seriously trippy Psy-Trance parties!
The only thing keeping me going while I write up this *$***$ing thesis is listening to streaming audio psy-trance.
Much Exitement!!!!!!!!

Well, you chose a good time to come as there will be plenty of parties happening during Dec..
Vortex will host festivals in CT during Dec, then some other trance organisers will host parties inbetween.
As for Jo'burg there will also be parties happening almost every weekend
For party updates, you can check out the webpages previously mentioned in other postings...

I'll be in JHB for most of Decemember.
A place called Natures Valley for news years
And in CT for the first two weeks of Jan.
Where does that huge News Years party happen?

hmmm... was in nature's valley last year for new years. great place but gonna do the 4 day stomp this year at vortex instead. what're new year's vortex's like compared to the other parties? too crowded? too "commercial" (sorry to use that word... it gets thrown around way too much these days)? what's the deal?
and any idea who's playing this year?

Although the New Year's one is busier than some of the other parties,the atmosphere is still awesome and we don't feel it's too crowded,there's always enough space for everyone and kewl vibes!The dj's play the whole spectrum of music,so sure,there's commercial-type stuff,but not exclusively. |

@ Flay, there will be a party in JHB over New Years. Lunartechshould be throwing one...you should get in touch with a few of us when you come to JHB just so we can keep you in the loop.
There will a party on the 4th of Dec in honor of world AIDS week. If you are here over that period you should come.... |

The bad thing for me is that its either NYE or Origin......I have to make a really hard decision.....but since I've never been to a new years, I think that may just be my choice.  Its all good though
