well some variation on Douche is the word for Shower in many languages...
only American English has taken this word and used it exclusively for the type of special product for cleaning ones vagina after the monthly period.
French= douche
Italian= ducha
German= douche
aka "shower" in american english.
for example- "i am going to take a shower"
etc...
the douchebag in question probably refers to the dispenser/applicator bag in which this vaginal wash is sold and used.
if ones douchebag is scummy, that would imply the need to clean it.

That definitely came from somewhere else. I and all my geek friends have been using Adblockplus for years without issue. Not to mention it's not something you download directly, it's a firefox plugin that automatically installs, so it's extremely unlikely you could have gotten a trojan from there, much less 40.
Perhaps you typed the URL in wrong and went to one of those sneaky "one-letter off" spoof websites.
