Alas, Darshan are no more.

Hello all !
old skool goaEars will know about what i am talking about.
Lps like Awakening,Spectra and few more tracks on compillations are unforgetable of course If they are sign under the name of Darshan.
Now who is/are this/these guy/s !??! i don't know . i'm searching and no clue..Though i do remember i once saw something,but only thing that stayed in my mind is a hunch that they are English :] ..
Please if somebody knows more abt. them, has maybe a contact or smth, please say.
I've tried to contact Flying Rhino ,but no email no longer exist from them :[ ..
help !

I know that Darshan are Isreali and that they were very young when the released one of their (my favourite) albums called "SPECTRA" in 1999.
If I'm not wrong they were producing sound tracks for movies after Spectra.
I would give Spectra a nice 9 out of 10 for when it was relaesed. |

Darshan were not israeli, they were/are english. they used to release on flying rhino.

according to discodogs Darshan are :

..which sounds very UK-ish ..as the sound does as well..not cheesy ,but dark,and very patiently arranged..all tracks on lps are f***ing fucking fantastic..Awakening & Spectra got 10/10 for me..
..i couldn't find nothing of them after spectra Lp as well..
though i would gladly see them at some party..Heck if i'd have teh contact and if guys would be for it, i don't see problem why not invite them myself :].

Darshan is English Psytribe brought Darshan once in 1998 in Washington D.C. and indeed they were killer, to bad they are not releasing anything anymore, even though last I heard one of them was releasing house or tech under another name, Darshan used to be one of my favorites... |

Ah,I didn't know that altough yes now that I know i agree that they sound very British.
